When Jennian Homes and Milestone Homes built two showhomes across the street from each other to showcase the two diffrent ranges of plans they build they wanted to showcase diffrent stlyes that could be achieved without having to step outside the smooth building practises they excersize on all thier builds. They engage Horizon Roofing to install the two diffrent look roofs.
The Gerard Alpine Tile was launched into the New Zealand market in 2017. The Alpine profile has a simplicity that works with both contemporary and traditional architecture, giving the roof a continuous smooth pattern that can present a flat, almost seemless appearance when seen in soft light. Jennian Homes chose Eclipse which with the lighter grey patch gives the roof a little something extra. Across the street you will find the Milestone show home on which Horizon Roofing installed the ever relaible longrun corrugate roof. The corrugate look speaks for itself with simplicity and clean lines. It is a well loved timeless look.
